Dear Ms. Harris:
My name is Gary Wilmott and I reside in Southern California.
I couldn’t help but notice that the press has recently been extolling you as the next “Obama” and the inevitable frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2020. While this growing presidential buzz may be quite intoxicating for you, I suggest that you take a serious look at Article II of the U.S. Constitution, i.e., the presidential eligibility clause.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 mandates that a president be a NATURAL-born citizen, which you clearly are not. At the time of your birth, BOTH of your parents were citizens of foreign countries, so your birth in California makes you at best a NATIVE-born citizen (anchor baby?) under the prevailing view of the 14th Amendment. Lest you think that I have Republican bias I would also point out that presidential wannabes Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio also fail to meet this higher standard of citizenship. Their campaigns were fraudulent and in clear violation of the U.S. Constitution.
Our presidential candidates must be vetted.
The current president was fully informed of Obama’s identity fraud and lack of constitutional eligibility in April of 2011 (just weeks prior to Obama’s forged birth certificate release), you can expect ferocious opposition from equal opportunity “birthers” such as myself who only want the Constitution respected. The time is ripe for the American people to be fully informed as to how the elite media and our complicit so-called representatives in Congress allowed this greatest of crimes against the American people to occur both in 2008 and 2012.

Meantime, I would advise that your time would be better spent doing scholarly research on this issue. In the long run it will save you a lot of headaches and money! I would also suggest that you watch on YouTube the Sheriff Arpaio press conferences which PROVED that Obama proffered a forged birth certificate on April 27, 2011. Throw in a forged Selective Service registration and a stolen SSN for good measure, and you clearly have the “crime of the century.” Ms. Harris, there is so much information and truth available for the intellectually curious. Time to get your priorities straight, Ms. Harris, and do what is right.

Clearly, the question of determining what is and what is not a “Natural-born” US citizen has never been adequately addressed. Is the US citizenship tied to the blood (one or both parents were citizens, either natural-born or naturalized, at time of birth of the applicant), or to the soil (the presence within US territory at time of birth, regardless of citizenship of the parents).
Apparently both are accepted under the current application of US law, and this has led to the anomalous situation where children born of non-citizens while residing in US territory, whether legally permitted to do so or not, have been granted a sort of provisional citizenship. There has been an attempt to extend this provisional citizenship to children born outside US territory, and brought into the US while in the custody of parents who themselves entered and are now residing here illegally.

If it didn’t work for Obama, it won’t work for Commie Kammie. I hope the right wing is not STUPID ENOUGH to raise this issue with Harris. The last thing we need is to look like idiots doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result. She’s a Marxist. Hammer her on that. As far as the nation goes, they think if you are born in America then you can run for president, and that is that. So give it a rest. It can only massively hurt Trump and the GOP if we come out with Birth Certificate v2.0. The author is a freaking idiot.
I’d like to think it won’t matter in that Kamala Harris will not run for president and will not be a competitive candidate if she were to try. We’ve had one ineligible president and it will take years and decades to undo his damage. No way we do it a gain with Kamala Harris, Nikki Haley, Lyn’ Ted, and others that are not constitutionally qualified to be president.

Barrak Hussein Obama was elected and permitted to serve for two terms. Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 is a dead letter. Anyone on earth if he, she, or it has attained the minimum age is these days qualified to be President. At most it takes a Congressional resolution that the person is eligible.

Because Americans are ignorant of their Constitution, we should ignore the Constitution? There are a lot of things in the Constitution I am likely less schooled in, but we have people in government who got there because they are supposed to know the Constitution and make sure government/citizens are acting in concord with it for those of us who may not be as knowledgeable.
As far as I am concerned, it should have never been an issue in any election. I don’t think that subject is unclear, and when a candidate submits papers to run, it should be an integral part of the process.

Remember when Ted Cruz was a candidate, they ran unending stories about him being ineligible because born in Canada.
