So I've been thoroughly enjoying the Total Meltdown amongst the Left. I have some college pals who are Northeastern liberals and they're going totally apesh*t about Brett Kavanaugh having been confirmed as SCOTUS Associate Justice.
One of them (who is a total blowhard yet I'm friends with him because we have like 50 mutual friends and have known each other since 1985) asks the following question: "Serious question for my RW friends: What are your top 3 cases youd like to see the court hear and what result are you hoping for? Adult-type responses only....all others will be deleted."
I have not answered because I'm afraid that he'll hate my adult-type responses and they'll just make way too much sense. In true FR Fashion, I'd like your input to make this as fun and hilarious as possible. He's an a**.
Thanks!
Just an opinion: The "blowhard" doesn't qualify as a "friend" in my thinking. (Just because you have common acquaintances and have known him for years.) I'd look for an ulterior motive in seeking to get information from someone diametrically opposed to my political beliefs. I really sense he's just setting you up so he can "zing" you.
Advice: Go to Walmart and buy yourself some balls!
That the oath of US Citizenship is binding, all foreign allegiance is renounced. Violate and you're deported.

I just want to insure that new judges never utter something along the lines of : “...before I rule on this case, I want to see what the Cuban high court ruled in a similar...”
This.
One of the questions you could ask him is....
Do you believe Gov should control their people or
should people control their Gov?
Yes! Keli was bad law
No responses offered until your friend answers three questions:
1. Define what you mean by “adult-type responses.”
2. Who is going to decide what an “adult-type response” is?
3. Is there any amount of fact or logic that will cause you to change your mind on any of these issues?
That is my take as well. I no longer keep up with my college friends form the 70's. They are either stupid or willfully blind to reality. I have no time for such people, and I do not want to be friends with people who would destroy the Republic.
A few years ago, when I still had a Fakebook account, I received a friend request from a college classmate. I looked at his profile, and his favorite TV show was Rachel Maddow. Only a leftist loon would list that as his favorite show. Needless to say, I did not respond to his request.
Declare Obamacare unconstitutional as it was previously ruled a tax which did not originate in the House but originated in the Senate.
Fakebook - I like that.... One of the friends I mentioned in Ithaca, NY told me recently the only news shows she watches are: Rachel Maddow and NBC. Since I didn’t feel like getting into IT with her, I let it slide..I wanted so bad to tell her that she’s not getting anywhere near the truth doing that but there’s no sense in trying to talk common sense to people like that.
We have friends out in the state of WA who don’t have cable so she is pretty much at the mercy of network news so I let her know what’s really going on in politics. She appreciates it. Amazing when we compare what she hears with what is carried on cable or the internet. Oh! - she doesn’t have internet either...her husband is too paranoid to sign up...I tell her she needs a new husband but after 60+ years - why bother? Too much work training them.
The same holds true for racial minorities in this country. The moment they want to get out of the Democratic plantation they are ridiculed.
