In Kansas, one man, Nathaniel Grisby, had his dying wish, to warn future generations about the Democratic Party, fulfilled. 124 years ago, this warning was etched on his gravestone in accordance with his final wishes.
“Through this inscription I wish to enter my dying protest against what is called the Democratic party I have watched it closely since the days of Jackson and know that all the misfortunes of our nation has come to it through this so called party therefore beware of this party of treason."
And now it cannot be refuted.
I’m surprised some left wing nutcase hasn’t destroyed this memorial, like the Arabs did the Moabite Stone..............

For the life of me I’ve never heard the Democrats referred to as the Democratic party until lately. I’ve always heard it as the Democrat party. Is the party democratic as to how they conduct their voting internally or is it the Democrat party referring to who they are. Doesn’t make grammatical sense to me. But then ......

Nevertheless, he *still* votes Democrat at every election. ;-)
I have often imagined what life would have been like in America had there been no democraps, no socialists and no communists.
This man now votes democrat.
Guess I live an insulated life but never heard Democratic party until lately - the word kinda grates on me, doesn’t make grammatical sense.
Yes, but if the Democrat party had never existed, the same malcontents, poseurs, fraudsters and con-artists would have banded together under some other name and would be carrying on in exactly the same way.
The Democrat Party is simply the political label that is attached to the forces of entropy in America; they exist in every country and every culture around the world. They go by different names, but their purpose is always the same: attack what works in order to gain the applause of those who won’t work, while enriching themselves.
In every country with a free press, the “media” in that country will always side with the “entropy party.” There are several reasons for this, but chief among them is that entropy produces lots of compelling stories. Order and happiness does not. If you make your living by writing stories, you have a strong desire to generate new material.
A true dedicated Rat will use the full form.
More educated Rats long ago used to correct me on that, so I’ve known as a child.
Later, I learned that they considered it a derogatory term, and I’ve been more satisfied with calling them that, or Rats, as they deserve, for almost all of them since 2008 being our vilest domestic enemies.
He proved he was right all along.
I heard that jingle so many times I can easily remember it 50+ years later.
Yeah, in all Chicago elections.
