But let’s all admit that Carlson is absolutely 100% correct about one thing: Sidney Powell had better be able to clearly and unambiguously back up her consistent claim that Dominion/Smartmatic software was manipulated to switch millions of Trump votes to Biden when these cases go to court in the coming two weeks. She has made this claim so frequently now that any judge she goes in front of is going to be very curious to see if she can back it up.
And “proof” cannot simply be an affidavit from or testimony by some former employee, which is what Powell consistently refers to whenever she is questioned about this. She will need to have first-hand, real documentary evidence to back up any verbal claim from any witness. If she does not have that, then she should not have been out there making this claim in ever press appearance she has made over the past two weeks.

And Lin Wood and Rudy Guiliani. They will look like fools if they don’t have very solid evidence to show what more than half the country suspects happened. This is why lawyers do not often make definitive statements like the ones they’ve made. They don’t want to be nailed down to one position.
The fact that these veteran lawyers have made such statements and made them so emphatically and consistently is encouraging.

I’m guessing she doesn’t have anything but we’ll see. It doesn’t matter what Tucker or anyone else says, if she has the goods, then she will produce them.
Going on the show to make a case would have been a good idea (if she has something). She could legitimately say she won’t give details, but at least repeat her statements to a wide audience to get support. The fact that she wouldn’t go on does strike me as suspicious.
Sure, lawyers don’t give details. But they usually work the media for their client’s behalf. And her claim was something like 8 million votes changed, right? It doesn’t seem likely the cheating would be on that scale.
It has also been a political necessity.
There are all kinds of statistical analyses out there already that are admittable court evidence, as well as a mountain of sworn affidavits. The idea that Trump’s attorneys have to go present their evidence on Tucker’s TV show before getting to court with it is simultaneously laughable and appalling.
Remember, ol’ Tucker is the one who came out with how he knew Hunter Biden from living in the same neighborhood, Hunter’s not a bad guy and he’s not gonna kick a man while he down. And just like that the massive Biden scandals got swiped off Tucker’s show.
Tucker is scum, scum, scum and we need to realize it and move on. His family has deep Deep State ties and Pieczenik, himself a piece of work, just tweeted out last night to look up just how CIA Tucker is.
In a way, however, this makes it easier, in that the sooner Fox is recognized as another Drudge the better.
What Sidney and the Trump should is physically get their hands on a Dominion/Smartmatic software system and demonstrate in front of the public and the court exactly how these back doors work and actually flip numbers, manipulate data, etc.
I’ve enjoyed Tucker’s commentary in the past, but I’m not giving him a pass on his vile and outrageous conduct this week.
Earlier this week the main story on Yahoo’s webpage was Tucker Carlson proclaiming that Sydney Powell was refusing to produce any evidence. Of course the spin was that here we had a noted conservative commentator proclaiming Trump’s case baseless.
Even if that wasn’t Tucker’s point he had to know that’s how his public comments would be spun. I’d say he better enjoy those fat paychecks while he can.

Gotta disagree with that. All going on tv an making a case would do would allow the nefarious media the opportunity to undermine it all before it goes to trial. They addressed that very thing in the press conference the other day. Did you not see it? They stated they will make the case in court of law not the court of public opinion.
The media is under the illusion the evidence has to be vetted through them. They are wrong and their collective ego is sickening....tucker Carlson included.
To Cluker and people who want to walk back who they really are: Sorry but actions have consequences and words have meaning. Go away.

I tend to believe them. IMHO, they shut just keep quiet, not talk to the media , lay low and do their jobs quietly while the MSM celebrates. It’s best to ruin a party when everyone’s drunk..

Well, everyone says she’s a serious person, so it will be interesting to see.
So, this woman who is a Christian and a very successful attorney is going to go out on a limb, destroy her Christian testimony with outrageous lies, trash here own credibility and entire career as an attorney for some cock-eyed conspiracy theory concocted by some conspiracy fruitcake, that she has no evidence whatsoever for? Hmmm, makes a lot of sense to me.
