Someone who (I think) lives there posted that he thought the timer had probably been mistakenly set for 6:30 am rather than pm. The bars and restaurants are open in Nashville, and if it had exploded at 6:30 pm, the streets would have been full of pedestrians going out for the evening.

I’m seeing at least 2 explosion centerpoints.
And the debris field and the scorch / dark spots on the road also suggest multiple angles and explosions.
In reality, I think it was set off in front of the AT&T switching facility for that area. That’s the brick building without windows on the upper floors. It might have been an attempt to take out communications. There is a hole in the front of the building which to me indicates a bomb powerful enough to do that kind of damage, not just a propane explosion in an RV.
Who ever did it did not design it with proper buffering to direct the blast toward the building to maximize the damage that direction.
This should be in breaking news.
