ANTIFA supporter Daniel Alan Baker has been arrested for plotting to murder Trump supporters and police on Inauguration Day.
He trained in Syria in 2017 with the YPG, was featured on VICE, and in 2020 participated in the CHAZ insurrection in Seattle, per DOJ documents.

Does the US Constitution make provision for impeaching a fraudulent president? My first thought was that Biden, lacking the imprimatur of legitimacy bestowed in America only by election victory, was immune from removal by impeachment on the grounds that since he was rejected by a vote of the people his claim to the office was manifestly illegal.
Consequently, Biden’s removal from office would come under the criminal codes, specifically the RICO statutes.
