Kyle Rittenhouse should sue Joe Biden
HOT AIR ^ | Nov 20, 2021 | Karen Townsend

Kyle Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all charges but his legal nightmare likely isn’t over yet. It’s possible that he may be tied up with civil lawsuits for the foreseeable future. I have a suggestion for him – sue Joe Biden.

Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree reckless homicide, use of a dangerous weapon; first-degree recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon; first-degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon; attempted first-degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon; first-degree recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon; possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18; failure to comply with an emergency order from state or local government. The last two were misdemeanor charges. To say that the media coverage of Rittenhouse’s case was biased against him is an understatement. If you haven’t read John’s post on media coverage, I encourage you to do so. The media should be held accountable and I hope Rittenhouse pursues civil lawsuits against them, just as Nick Sandmann did.

It is important is for Rittenhouse to hold elected officials responsible for the malicious hot takes they have spewed forth against him. The first civil lawsuit filed should be against Joe Biden. Biden lumped Rittenhouse in with white supremacists in a video during his presidential campaign. Biden was not president, he was a private citizen running for elected office. He can be sued and he should be sued, if for no other reason than to send a message.

A video ad paid for by Biden for President ran after the debate between Biden and Trump hosted by Chris Wallace. The Biden ad is a montage of various groups, including the tiki torch klansmen and Rittenhouse’s photo is flashed among the mix.

--------------------------------------------

The Lawyer representing the family of Kyle Rittenhouse asked the presidential campaign of former Vice President Joe Biden to preserve records related to a recent campaign video. The video is defamatory to Rittenhouse and the records thus need to be preserved for potential litigation, the lawyer, Lin Wood, said in an Oct. 2 letter to […]

Suing Biden would be a fool’s errand. Politicians lie all the time.

Actually it would be great political theater if he did.
Whether it would be worth it monetarily is another question, but it would be defintely worth it politically and probably in the long run be a good thing. A bunch of deep pocket conservatives should finance this !

Loon Wood isn’t representing Rittenhouse or his family any longer.

Sue them all. They will settle and we won’t hear about it. But he should pick 1.. Just 1 and drag it out and let it go public to show you can’t just do and say what you want about people and ruin there lives. Then just move on if your wrong and go to the next person.. Hold them accountable. And if you want to chose the president and make him apologize on national tv then ok..

Suing Biden might satisfy our political agenda, but for KR would be a waste of time, and produce a record of failure — the opposite of good strategy. My free advice (and worth every penny): KR should have his legal team carefully assess which cases are winnable and collectable. First go after the easiest victories. The next round of targets will be much more likely to settle.

“Loon Wood isn’t representing Rittenhouse or his family any longer.”

Yes, all smart people that have followed the case closely from the beginning are totally aware of that fact.

However, what does that have to do with any civil attorney(s) using and, or jumping at the chance to utilize that same information path to pursue civil litigation against Joe Biden defaming Kyle Rittenhouse during his campaign for office?

SCOTUS set precedent with their unanimous Paula Jones ruling. I thought it a foolish decision then, but now don't care.

You watch, if Kyle does sue (I thjnk he would have to wait till after Biden is out,of his fake, position as faux president?), the left Will attack Kyle for going after a mentally ill person, and will counter sue likely. They will play up Joe’s dementia at that point. For now though they carefully hide it

Loon Wood can’t pursue any claim that Kyle may have, against anyone, on his own. Lawyers represent clients. Kyle is the client. Loon Wood is not representing Kyle or his family. Therefore Loon Wood has no ability to pursue any claim on behalf of Kyle. That’s not how the law works.

Think about it like this. Let’s say Xiden defames you. I can’t go out and pursue a claim because I don’t like what Xiden did to you. Only you can pursue that claim.

Yes. I did.

I’m not sure I understand what you were trying to convey. If you aren’t suggesting that random attorneys can pursue litigation at will, against Xiden for defaming Kyle Rittenhouse, then say so.

All well and good, but isn’t the President immune from personal lawsuits until he leaves his position?

Kyle Rittenhouse should seek recompensation by:
1. suing to acquire the other’s home-including EVERYTHING IN IT, every cupboard, drawer, closet, every appliance, all kitchenware, computer, to the ballpoint pen. Refuse them a suitcase, leave with the clothes on their backs, no important paper or electronic files, and the contents of any security boxes on the premises, to include any devices, equipment, or firearms and munitions for self preservation.

2. everything in the garage, including vehicles and contents within.

3. As seperate item, $5,000,000 cash forr damages of his character!
