LOL! Well, when I first saw "Chocolate Pizza" I thought of taking a pepperoni pizza and putting chocolate on it. But here's an actual chocolate pizza...
Chocolate Pizza
Ingredients:
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
16 ounces white almond bark, divided
1 cup crisp rice cereal
1 cup peanuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (6 ounce) jar red maraschino cherries, drained, cut into halves
2 tablespoons drained green maraschino cherry quarters
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
Combine the chocolate morsels and 14 ounces of the almond bark in a heavy 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add the cereal and peanuts and mix well. Stir in the marshmallows. Spread in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Top with the cherries. Sprinkle with the coconut.
Combine the remaining 2 ounces almond bark and oil in a 1-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Drizzle over the chocolate mixture. Chill, covered, until set. Store at room temperature.

Sorry your team lost Amy. My team (Indianapolis Colts) doesn't play until tonight at 8:30, and I'm suffering football withdrawal pains. So, I've been decorating instead. I'm a few weeks behind schedule and if my family wasn't coming here for Christmas, I'd probably just forgo it entirely this year. Got my tree up today and put lights on it. Decorated the mantle with some greenery. Next, I'll hang the stockings for us two humans and three critters and put some ornaments on the pitiful little tree (it was slim pickin's last night at the tree lot) - and that'll be enough for this year. Tomorrow I'll do my Christmas shopping! Gift cards for everyone this year! hahahaha

Winter's White Gown
Snowflakes are falling
Winter's white gown,
Gently in motion
They cover the ground.
Beauty awaiting
Softly in sound,
Crystalized snowflakes
Have touched Winter's gown.
Thank You, dear Master,
For all that I see,
And the snowflakes of splendor
Adorning the trees.
And the beauty of Winter
Seems silent in sound,
Season's own loveliness
Dressed up in white gown.

MERRY CHRISTMAS FRiends!!
O Holy Night
O holy night
The stars are brightly shining
It is the night
Of our dear Savior's birth
Truly He taught us to love one another,
His law is love and His gospel is peace.
Chains he shall break, for the slave is our brother.
And in his name all oppression shall cease.
Sweet hymns of joy in grateful chorus raise we,
With all our hearts we praise His holy name.
Christ is the Lord! Then ever, ever praise we,
His power and glory ever more proclaim!
His power and glory ever more proclaim!
O holy night
The stars are brightly shining
It is the night
Of our dear Savior's birth
Long lay the world
In sin and error pining
'Till He appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope
The weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks
A new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees
O hear the angels' voices
O night divine
O night when Christ was born
O night divine
O night
O night divine
Led by the light of faith serenely beaming,
With glowing hearts by His cradle we stand.
O'er the world a star is sweetly gleaming,
Now come the wisemen from out of the Orient land.
The King of kings lay thus lowly manger;
In all our trials born to be our friends.
He knows our need, our weakness is no stranger,
Behold your King! Before him lowly bend!
Behold your King! Before him lowly bend!

Sounds good. I'm not making any more desserts until after January 20th! We used to order strawberry pizza from the bakery, they were very good. :)
Happy Chocolate Pizza Day.

Happy Flake Appreciation Day!
Fog Flowers
I like to call them Fog Flowers, those tiny crystals of rain.
They carpet the world in silence, they glorify dirt in the lane.
There seems all a hush to their presence, the softest tinkle of sound,
And even the animals quiet, as a blanket descends on the town.
Some look upon it as frigid, but warming and soft is the throw,
The flowers asleep in the garden, will snuggle and smile under snow.
But it makes the road too slippery! I hear the complaints starting now.
As it furrows and windblows and softens, the marks that were left by the plow.
You seem to not understand it, this miracle silently wrought.
For where will you go now to find it, when this is what you have sought?
A promise of hope from your Father, a gentle reminder of love,
Each entity fallen from Heaven, is getting a kiss from above.

"...How did I miss that one?" It's because I'm very disorganized.
