Neither Hillary or Condi can even be President. (US Constitution is only for men) (Mods are so mean)

I was just reading Article 2 of James Madison & Ben Franklin's opus magnus and started counting the number of times that masculine gender is indicated. Hmmm, I doesn't appear that Hildabeast (or "Law of the Sea" Condi for that matter) can even be president.:

Article II.
Section. 1.
Clause 1: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows

...

Clause 6: In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, ...

Clause 7: The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be encreased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them.

Clause 8: Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear ...

Section. 2.
Clause 1: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

Clause 2: He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint ...

Section. 3. He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

...

Actually, Condi can't win because it doesn't say anything about rice, only humans. But then you knew that.

My insecticide permeated brain counts 19 times the male gender is specified. Women can't be seated to this office...But then again, I don't expect congress to start following the Constitution.

No, you are wrong. It just means that if a women is elected President, she won't have to follow the rules.; )

What do you mean by "I was in Breaking News when I posted?" I clicked "post", and filled out the fields. I checked off only the boxes I mentioned and not breaking news.

Are you saying that posts get placed to the last place at which I was reading FreeRepublic articles? Enlighten me please.

You seem to be overlooking the fact that until recently
it was proper grammar to use the generic "he" to
include both male or female, e.g., "One should not
fail to do HIS duty". "His" in this instance simply has
the same usage as "one", i.e. it applies to either or
both male and female generically. It has only been recently
that PC grammar has very incorrectly confused gender
with the correct pronoun.

Exactly. If you wanted to post in "Chat", for example, then you would first have to go to "Chat". Topics themselves don't dictate where the thread will be posted--you do. And if the thread is in an inappropriate area, the Mighty Mods will move it for you.
