DNA Results Could Shed New Light On Duke Lacrosse Investigation(2nd 911 Call By Dancer at Party)

In other developments, a defense attorney for one of players says he knows who made the 911 call the night of the alleged gang rape.

"We're absolutely positive the caller was not the accuser, but the other young lady there," Cheshire said.

Cheshire said witnesses have talked to the woman and a comparison of audio tapes proves the caller was the second dancer at the party, but Durham police say they do not know who called.

Could it be that the Strippers/Prostitute's Pimp roughed them up a bit when they didn't come back from the party with enough money/loot?

The hammer has met the nail.

Yep - that's the same picture I was looking at when I wrote my description. Couldn't figure out how to post it here. Years ago, I've walked by that location many times.

Do we know neighbor Bissey's location? I think he's in the house one block east on Dacian Ave. (the east-west street in the lower third of the picture). Bissey keeps referring to events in the back yard of 610 Buchanan and I think that location would give him the vantage point to do so. So maybe the strippers parked on Dacian, right where you see the parked cars in this photo, and then entered the back door as described.

But look at the photo in this article
http://www.newsobserver.com/100/story/424128.html

This is a view looking east from Duke's East Campus. Starting from the foreground you have:
1) Walkers on an on-campus path that encircles East Campus
2) The "Duke wall" referred to in Kim's 911 phone call that encircles East Campus just outside the path
3) Buchanan Blvd. is obscured by the wall but you can see the trees on either side
4) A house that is supposedly 610 N. Buchanan Blvd.

In this photo looking east, right is south and left is north. There is a house immediately to the south of "610 Buchanan Blvd.", not Dacian Ave. These two views clearly don't match. Furthermore, if you visualize the floor plan of the house in the N&O photo, it doesn't match the overhead view.

But pull out your maps.google.com again. Look at the house three houses north on Buchanan Blvd. That house matches the N&O photo. Notice the side extension to the right/south. This house is just barely shown on top edge of Perdogg's photo.

I wonder who's wrong? I think it would be hilarious if the local media published a picture of the wrong house. One would then wonder how Kim could get it right but the local newspaper got it wrong. I'm inclined to believe google hasn't got it right although mapquest shows the same location without the pretty overhead picture. If that's the case, where's Bissey? I don't see any house that has a good vantage point of the back yard.

I think Perdogg's pic is of the wrong house.

Check out Zillow.com:

http://www.zillow.com/search/Search.z?addrstrthood=610+n+buchanan&citystatezip=durham+nc&mode=search

I recall reading in the news reports that it was next to the corner house on Urban, so it would appear zillow is correct.

True. This is what happens when Media peopler are chosen for their faces and hair instead or critical thinking skills.

Kimbery Giulfoyle of Fox IN THE LINEUP, said last night, that the woman's past doesn't have anything to do with this Duke case. She says shes also a single mother with two kids. She said this is Blaming the Victim.

In the VERY next segment, on the missing girl in Aruba, she says the man making these statements is a convicted drug dealer. She goes on to say, this is Detective 101 - YOU CAN'T BELEIVE A CONVICTED DRUG DEALER, he is totally unbelievable.

So, a convicted Stripper, Car-Jacker, Attempted Cop-killer, drug user is very credible; however, a drug dealer is totally unbelievable.

I don't Miss Kimberly could think her way out of McDonalds drive thru.

She also says, about 3 times, those players know what happened - and the need to be REAL MEN. Okay, another WOMAN in the media telling men what it is to be a real man.

Why didn't Mrs. Guilfoyle say, This long-time stripper and Car jacker, with a long record is out all hours of the night in a dangerous environment - why doesn't she be a Real woman and get a real job and take care of those two kids?

You see, in our culture, NO ONE can judge this convicted, repeated criminal (stripper), but White, Males are fair game every time.

Wouldn't it be nice to see some consistency from the Media?

Have we found out the gals were hired by the Cornell Lax team yet?

They were hired by Craig Livingstone.

the papers printed all (46) their Names, Pictures, and any record (they included charges that were dismissed - non-convictions)

That was so unnecessary.

By the way, here's how Kimberly Guilfoyle contrasts the Duke people versus the people of Durham: "The jury in Durham won't be the upper crust students that attend prestigious Duke University. They will be the good folks of Durham, North Carolina." Good Folks versus Bad Folks .. don't have to read very far into that to take away that meaning.

She and Nancy Grace have been a gross-out during all of this.

Thoughtful post....... you sound like you'd make a good detective.

Now .......... open up Ambrose Evans-Pritchard's "The Secret Life of Bill Clinton" and read pages 167 through 170. Then tell me why William Kennedy III and Craig Livingstone had to leave the Fairfax County Hospital in only one car, after they arrived in two different cars.

Hmmm ........ maybe they displaced one of their sets of keys in someone's pants?

;-)

So, in the call (After the alleged event and both were together in a small car) the dancers says I don't know if it's an emergency and says twice that she's not hurt in ANY way.

Maybe they thought the tips were too small?

I guess this saintly carjacker/stripper has figured out that she can make quicker cash by suing Duke than by renting herself out for dances and favors for the next twenty years. What a conniver!

Quick Cash...... she loses.

I tell you what DUKE really screwed up. They accepted the premise that these kids were Guility. They cancelled the entire season, fired the coach, and hosted 3 Night vigils to protest the crime!

You have to remember this party was OFF-CAMPUS, so it greatly reduces the right of the school to discipline the students.

NCCU didn't take any action against the Media Darling when she Stealing from her "customers" and trying to run over Cops.

Someone (in the media) should look up those girls and the JR feminist Midnight vigil they had on campus where they screameda the players "How could you!" as tears streaked down their faces.

I wonder if they'll line up for hours to scream at the Media's new Rosa Park's now that the truth has come out.

I wonder CNN will stick a camera in their face now and ask them if they feel stupid.

I wonder if this the College professors will use this as a case study to demonstrate the institional racism and hate against white males in the Media, Justice, and Educational systems.
