So, where does this leave the case against JMK?.....not that I expected a match....
Nah, you just seem to know what you're talking about. Since we don't have any evidence yet (maybe a toxo will show up later on the pineapple) we're back to our list of 7. Anyone?
1.) JMK alibi is undocumented
2.) JMK confessed to culpable knowledge of the crime
3.) JMK 'fits the profile'
4.) JMK's 1st ex-wife indicates letters signed SBTC
5.) "Shall Be The Conquerer" signature in HS annual
6.) Yes, crazies falsely confess, but real perps also involve themselves in investigations for thrills. It happens both ways. JMK tried to communicate with PR.
7.) the DA *must* have more on him
actually, that angle wasn't exhausted.
one twist that may come from a trial of Karr - it may finally allow a full public disclosure of all of the evidence in the case.
well let's wait and see if they release him or give him back to California.
I'd love to see the info the preoffesor ptovided to DA Lacy.
In limbo. He is wanted in CA, but now what? I do not know.
Can they access who he has been in contact with through the internet if it was done at an internet cafe?
Ohhh boy. I'm glad I don't work for the Boulder DA right now...What pains me about this is if the DA doesn't really have a smoking gun then it's just more tragedy in this case, tragedy that's been dragging on for 10 years.
I would too.
But, but, bu, Nancy Grace complained that the judge issued a gag order on everyone and anybody associated with this case.
So much for gag orders --- gag.
Car battery charger....Mine is smaller than my handbag.
hilarious
It all goes back to that mendacious Professor Tracey.
I wander what Karr will say to convince us that he did, in fact, do it?
I also wander if charges will be brought for the false confession? Would that be considered obstruction?
he didn't confess to anything. "I was with her when she died" can mean alot of things.
True. Are false statements considered obstruction?
I don't know, Boukder jumped the gun and the media kept firing the shots. He's apparently delusional and might really think he did it. 15 minutes of fame and a lifetime of shame, hopefully.

Do you know if DNA was ever run on the housekeeper's husband?
