As soon as his ex-wife, who doesn't really like him, said that he was with her on Christmas 2006 in Alabama, I knew this flake was yanking our collective chains.
Somehow I am not surprised. But I have to wonder why his lawyer was so eager to suppress the DNA swab taken in Thailand.

I do not know if he is guilty of this crime or not, but I am very please to see the likes of him in jail and hope he stays so confined.
I don't think so. He was sitting in jail in Thailand on sex charges or some such..but either way he was looking down the barrel of a long prison stay. Where would you rather be...in jail in the U.S. or in jail in Thailand?
In any event he got a free ride back to the U.S., a chance to be a celebrity of sorts, and he walks away after a short stretch for purjury, impeding a criminal investigation, or some B.S. charge scott free and he doesn't have to face the charges in Thailand. What a deal !!!

Since she was excluded by the authorities, yes, I'm pretty sure.
What gives you even the least bit of hint she did it? I've never seen any evidence, just stupid speculation, that she was involved.
On the other hand, I wasn't there, but neither were you or anyone else that's pointing fingers. A good portion of the evidence collected still hasn't been published. It appears that no one has the foggiest idea who actually did it.

Yeah, when the ex-wife who knows what a disgusting POS he is offered an alibi that he wasn't even looking for, it was obvious that he just wanted attention. Maybe they should take him off of suicide watch until the California authorities come get him.
He won't be sent to Q. His sentence will be too short. I don't know what all he was charged and convicted of, but if it's just for having kiddie porn on his pc, he may not even get state time. He may get county jail time. Further, since he was convicted in absentia, he stands a good chance of getting another trial. The worst that's going to happen is that he'll be sent someplace like Vacaville or Atascadero for a couple years.
