The MRSA Scam (snake oil shall protect thee not from zot)
10/18/2007 | Self

Posted on 10/18/2007 11:18:34 AM PDT by EndWelfareToday

MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus)! What a crock. For decades Americans have been sold a bill of goods by the New Age movement. We have been told that we must be vaccinated, drugged, poked and prodded by snake-oil salesmen with PHDs. Now we have a movement in this country to force those of us who manifest perfect health to pay for those of you who have succumbed to the debauchery of the medical profession and their minions in the secular humanist world.
It is my view that MRSA is nothing more than another tool being used by Clintonesk type people to try to convince the rest of us that we need the government to pay for our healthcare. Well excuse me. A hand full of people contracting a disease and dying from it does not justify making the rest of us pay for the other 299,999,995 people in this country to receive free soap, medicine, doctors visits and the like. It is now almost to the point where a parent that lets his/her child play in the dirt will be guilty of child abuse, neglect or whatever other evil charge these psychopathic, paranoid-schizophrenic hypochondriacs can conjure up in an attempt to make the rest of us conform to the treatment their fears dictate.

Their fears are what is making me sick. NOT any bacteria or virus my healthy body is capable of fighting off. I learned years ago that the medical profession is nothing more than the practice of witchcraft and sorcery and those of you that turn to sorcerers rather than to God for your healing and health are now reaping what you are sowing. Stop trying to slip the responsibility for your "medical expenses" and the sorrow of the loses of your friends and families onto those of us not in bondage to your fear.

My family, friends and I do not have health insurance not because we can not afford it but because we do not need it. We do not need people giving us lessons on how to wipe our little tushies or how to wash our hands. It is common sense. If the rest of you are too stupid to practice good hygiene then that is your problem. Some of us have NOT weakened our immune systems with non-repended for sin or the countless, vaccinations, antibiotics and other drugs so many of you pay quacks to provide for you.
I believe in freedom of choice for each "individual" and I find it highly offensive that so many of you do not. As the mother that imposes her selfish will upon her innocent unborn child when she has it murdered and forcibly extracted from her womb during an abortion so to do many of you do the same to the rest of us in the sense that you are trying to force us to succumb to, and to pay for the decisions your sick and twisted fears cause you to make.
I could expound the analogy but why bother. Those of you that know what I am saying don't need any further elaboration; the rest of you wouldn't get it no matter what I post.

Point is... If you choose to pump your bodies full of the poison/potions the witches and warlocks in your communities concoct then accept the consequences for your actions or repent and turn back to God but don't for a second think that your plight is the rest of our destinies as well.

If you love your children you will keep them out of the Marxist concentration camps of liberal indoctrination known as public schools and away from their "school nurses, psychologists and fear mongering, child molesting, brain-washing instructors" and educate them yourself.

This is just my healthy, humble opinion.

Wow...I had no idea that as a microbiologist and MRSA researcher I was a sorceror! I’ll have to try out my new, cool powers.

Really...STFU.

EWT -- Absolutely I believe there is "staph" just as I believe there are lions and tigers and bears but none of them will harm me or those like me

Phantom lord -- Show us the conviction of your beliefs. Go to the zoo and climb into the lions den.

It is written. Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy. If the Lord my God tells me to clime into a lions den I will gladly do it. After all, I used to ride on the backs of Bengal tigers when I was a child. I do not need to demonstrate my "conviction" to non-believers and I don't need to live in fear just because you do.

New Age movement? ARen't those the types that believe in holistic medicine and not vaccinations, drugs and snake oil?

Is your post an opus?

A disease caused by bacteria found in unclean, unhealthy environments.

Yup. I caught mine in a Hospital.

It is just my opinion. You don't like it don't read it.

Same goes for you, too.

Remember folks. This is a vanity. It is just my opinion. You don't like it don't read it.

That doesn't make you immune from criticism or disagreement. I'm not sure what else you'd expect, actually.

Obviously neither you nor your friend knew God.

Prior to that comment, I thought you were a kook. Now I know you are a kook.

Well it's pretty obvious that you know little, if nothing about microbiology and bacterial mutations.p> MRSA is REAL. MRSA is a HUGE problem. MRSA can kill you.

You see for many, many years antibiotics were given out like candy by irresponsible MD's to anyone who had a sniffle and this practice is now coming to bite us all collectively in our behinds.

Bacteria mutates (as do viruses and other forms of microbes). They change themselves to become resistant to the drugs used to destroy them. That's exactly what MRSA is. For years the bacteria stapholococus aureus was treated with penicillin and then methicillin. The bacteris mutated to become resistant to methicillin and hence: MRSA.

And there's also VRSA (Vancomycin resistant staph aureus) as the MRSA is mutating to be resistant to Vancomycin - the very powerful antibiotic used to treat MRSA.

I have some personal experience with MRSA btw. It basically caused my Dad's death. I firmly believe that had he not become infected with MRSA he would have lived.

Funny how our average lifespans have increased dramatically during all this . .

Actually most of the gains have been due to the decline in infant mortality. Take a look at the people you know from the founding era (These are adults. You didn't get a chance to learn about the children.) and you will see that most lived to a ripe old age.

A good friend of mine just got news that he will have to have his leg amputated because of this infection. He broke his leg badly, and got the infection as a result of the injuries.

I'm glad they know it exists and what the treatment is, or else it's likely he would die from it.

well, I’m really not sure about all your ranting, but since you say it works.... why don’t you say some prayers for my sister who was just diagnosed with breast cancer.

It killed my mother at the age of 42. My sister just turned 49. So, if you want to help, pray for her and stop ranting.

I said to myself, this is not good.

It's a little reassuring to have to wait a bit sometimes. However, the last time I was in the ER, I was rather cranky about the fact that they were not impressed by the golf tee protruding from my heel.

I was pretty impressed by it.

Show us the conviction of your beliefs. Go to the zoo and climb into the lions den.

Bears apparently are the better fighter over lions. I read that they pitted lions against grizzlies in California and invariably the lion went for the bears throat and the bear swatted the lion so hard that the lions skull was crushed.

That doesn't indicate which cage, lion or bear, gives you your best chance of survival though. If the test was which animal kills humans the fastest or most frequently, you could get entirely different results.

Study the word of God and it's origins before pretending to understand the scripture you are trying to cite. You are assuming that "physicians" use "pharmaceuticals ('sorceries') " to cure or heal the infirmed. What you fail to understand is that a son of God that is Baptized in the Holy Ghost can heal and cure the sick without the use of witchcraft/pharmaceuticals/drugs/sorcery etc. It is a nonexistent or limited relationship with God that excuses or condones witchcraft and sorcery.

Yeah, and you'll be at the front of the line with the rest of those arrogant know-it-alls, whining for the government to help you when your house is destroyed by some natural disaster. Just like those idiots in New Orleans who didn't have homeowners insurance and lost their homes.

You don't know that. Maybe he can afford it.
If I could afford to not have insurance, I wouldn't. I remember the day when even liablility insurance for your car wasn't "required" (at least in my state of Oklahoma). You either bought it or signed a paper saying you could afford to pay if you got into an accident that was your fault.

My dear departed step-dad used to say "paying for insurance is like paying protection to the mob". I guarantee that he only bought as much insurance as was required by law. Like EndWelfareToday - he didn't need it.
