A mouse bit a venomous viper to death after it was thrown into the snake's cage as a lunchtime snack.
The tiny rodent killed the snake after a fierce 30-minute battle, emerging with "barely a scratch on him", ...
Firefighters ... thought that the live mouse would make a perfect lunchtime treat.
But the furry creature had other ideas. Instead of cowering from the 12in snake's gaping jaws and long fangs, it went on the offensive.

LOVE IT.
THANKS.
See the original post, Joya;
I once saw a mouse (or maybe it was a vole or a mole or some mouse offshoot) out in the back yard standing on its hind legs and staring down my cat. It actually attacked my cat! That thing had guts! My cat killed it, of course, but man that little guy had some stones.
Ping!
Amazing!
I hope the mouse earned his freedom or a life of ease! What a brave mouse.
(We’ll adopt him...)
Perfect example of how people should quit their whining and defeatism and fight to defeat Obamination!!!
YES! Perfect analogy!
I gave a bluegill, which had eaten all the fish in my tank, to a friend to feed to his much larger piranha. The next morning he discovered a contented bluegill and a finless, tailless piranha.
Cheers!
I guess your interest in this shows your artistic side.
LOL!

LOLOL, no, I came because I was pinged and wanted to see the picture.
Killed 3 coral snakes in my backyard this summer, big ones!!
Coral snakes?
God love you that you are still here!
Yes, have always had them around here and I stick my bare hands right into the flower beds year after year so am lucky.
Two foot Coral snakes are large.
I’m used to water moccasins, but not coral snakes.
Stop sticking your hands into the flower beds.
Yer invitin’ trouble. ;o)
A metaphor ping
Scroll down and look at the pictures our fellow FReepers have compiled.
I wonder if a croc had attacked that leopard at some time, and he was just taking revenge.
