You can't do much to wreck a simple black sheath, even one with an unflattering neckline--unless, of course, you accessorize it with a too-tight/too-wide belt,ditzy looking strands of black beads and a couple of totally unrelated 18 and 20 inch silver chains.
Who advises that woman on her wardrobe? Maybe that's why mom's living with her?

Good grief! Again with the boob belt! It would look so much more attractive if that belt was only an inch wide and was around her waist, like belts are supposed to be, unless it’s an outfit with an empire waist.
