Because we are not a military dictatorship. Because of the rule of law. Illegality, illegitimacy must be dealt with through constitutional channels. Removing Obama for having been ineligible rests with Congress or the Supreme Court, not with the Army. Do you not really understand this?

each state validated the ballot. Therefore, in my opinion, it must start at the state level. Someone needs to sue someone in some state somewhere to challenge the ballot.
The Joint Chiefs have more pressing issues to deal with and Zero would just stonewall them instead.
And if they removed him by force it would truly be seen as a military coup that would make the Honduras situation pale in comparison.
The proper course of action for them would be to simply ask him “By what authority do you expect us to follow your orders? We demand irrefutable proof of the legitimacy of your presidency or else we’re required by our duty to the constitution to refuse your orders.”
But that won’t happen. It simply won’t. The truth will come out through the efforts of a regular citizen if it comes out at all.

That’s a great question. I have a feeling that right now, everybody remotely concerned, like the Joint Chiefs, really wonder, possibly legitimately, if that isn’t someone else’s job, such as Congress, and/or the Supreme Court.
Because it’s not their job to do so.
It’s the job of CONGRESS and the Sec’s of State’s/Attorney General’s, to certify that the results of an election are Constitutional.
Because when they reach such heights, they become politicians, much like police chiefs across the nation.
