Attempt to show his softer side? Probably. Looks like it’s working - comments from his fellow competitors seem very positive. One said he’s the best thing from the Republican party in 8 years (or something like that). I think it’s good PR. That’s OK!

because there NEVER WAS A CASE... that DA (that’s Dumb *** not district attorney .. well maybe both) is playing just enough games to keep the game afoot! And thus keep the GOP from being able to use a very devastating weapon, which DeLay IS!!
