Carrie Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her handiwork.
The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.
We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing. As we first reported, the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist -- a fraction of her bills. She pockets nothing in the settlement.

This s beyond the last straw fo me with this woman. I feel pretty stupid having defended her, so I'm afraid I have to reluctantly side with "the homos" this time.
Can't say whether it's scandalous or not without more evidence.

I DISAGREE though with the assumption about breast enlargement which is a surgical way of beautifying yourself. There’s nothing wrong with making yourself look good for other people. If that’s what made her happy, who are we to judge her?
Why do you all accept this is true, and why do you then forget thet she was fired for answering a question about gay marriage. It had nothing to do with a sex tape.
And I guess a Christian can never in tehir lives have committed an indiscretion. I guess that means we have to have gay marriage now.
This article is a smear job because they had to pay her some money, which the article admits but dismisses as an afterthought. “Oh, we had her dead to rights, sure we paid her lawyer and publicist a few hundred thousand ....”

How many of you are stupid enough to believe this? That they had it and it was so damning but they didnt even report on it, much less post it?
That was harsh. I do know people who have work done too...I just took the post too far. I apologize to anyone pissed off that I said that!
The tape provides further justification for her firing. Her contract may have specifically addressed this type of action as grounds for termination.

Counselor, it's an alleged video of a young woman masturbating, not robbing a liquor store. How is a video of someone engaging in activity that's described by the UN, AMA, American Psychiatric Association and NIH as as healthy and acceptable, immoral ?

It may do that, unless of course there is preccedent where the Miss USA pageant didn' fire an pageant winner after the discovery of a private home sex tape movie. I believe such a precedent exist for a Miss NJ, or Miss NY several years ago who was allowed to keep her crown after the release of such a video.
Also, the sex tape says nothing about the pageant's alleged violation of Miss Prejean's rights under the HIPAA Act when pageant official openly discussed paying for a Prejean cosmetic surgery procedure - clearly a medical procedure and as such, protected under the rules of HIPAA.
That was my thought too. That “it was too racy” for TMZ to release? Who are they trying to kid? Puhleeeze. That’d be like Michael Moore saying he had a tape of Cheney personally torturing a prisoner but he wouldn’t show it because it was just too upsetting. Yeah, right...
That one statement means that the whole story is false.
Not a lawyer, but it seems to me that this would not be admissible, and in fact any attorney on her side should have been able to get an injunction against her opponents preventing them from distributing it or even making claims about its existence. With really severe penalties for violation.
