BOULDER, Colo. -- A man who police said was naked except for a pair of woman's thong panties he was wearing on his head is the first person arrested under Boulder's new public nudity law.
Police said that Glenn Ford, 55, was standing nude on an offramp of Highway 36 during the Thursday afternoon rush hour. Officers located him at the Baseline Road exit, according to a police blotter.

FRANKLIN, Indiana -- A man is under arrest after allegedly robbing a gas station while wearing a pair of women's panties on his head.
He was also wearing gloves and carrying a long skinny knife. Police say he grabbed a female customer around the waist and walked her closer the checkout counter.
He pointed the knife towards the two employees standing behind the counter and demanded all of the money, cigarettes and a lighter.
The employees gave the suspect money from the register, two packs of cigarettes and a lighter. Nobody was injured during the robbery. Even though the suspect attempted to hide his identity, witnesses were able to provide a good description of the suspect. Police eventually arrested Larry Bernard.
