I understand completely, the choice of verbs, ‘FORCE’ makes it initially look like overt offensive action is being described.
Frankly, in this litigious civilian society, one can never be too careful; however, when we’re talking about our defense & intel agencies having to cover themselves for High Crimes and activities which could place their lives in jeapardy in non-American international courts.... everything has to be in writing, clear cut, blunt, with no possibility of misunderstanding to show precisely WHO is responsible for which order, which time, which method, which location.
There are plenty of online posters who seriously wonder if BHO is a former CIA asset, as it could logically explain much of his history, as well as provide reason why no American intel agency was in the least concerned about his citizenship status.
We now have a lady judge who wants to be a general!

Oh, it would be something more like the usual alphabet named organs that you are familiar with like the FBI or maybe even from the US Marshal Service...If they got the arrest warrant for the non-(p)resident Obama that came from a result of a Supreme Court decision. But as I was saying earlier, you're in luck since too many of us have our heads (the Judiciary) in the sand to definitively find out the truth about Obama.

Officers have to give orders every day. Their orders must be presumed lawful. Otherwise the military would not be able to function.
Sorry, but drama-queen whining in this instance is nonsense. Providing legal proof of being a natural born citizen isn't an impossible expectation nor is it a time-consuming problem. It should easily take less time than it does to write up an order.
