1. @hills4neil I am not a lawyer, but that’s the best I understood. 5 minutes ago via txt

2. @hills4neil Yes. Court has no authority to impeach a Pres and therefore it is irrelevant and possibly embarrassing to US. Could cause chaos. 7 minutes ago via txt

3. Judge in Lakin case denies subpoena for President’s birth certificate as it may cause embarrassment to Congress w/sole authority to impeach. 14 minutes ago via Ping.fm

4. Prosicution* argues that since President didn’t give direct order his eligibility as President is irrelevant in this case. about 3 hours ago via Ping.fm

But... might'nt that cause embarrassment to the poor liddle politicians?

I am wondering if this judge's terminology, to wit: might cause embarrassment to Congress .... implies that he actually sees merit, that he agrees that BHO is either Indonesian OR Canadian OR Kenyan OR 'whatever' -- but NOT American....

I certainly hope you’re right.....I confess to losing faith in my fellow countrymen. We need another Washington and he’s no where to be found. At least not yet anyway.

I wonder

was this judge a globalist all along . . .

or after a very late night call warning about the judge’s future health and the health of all the judge’s extended family members?

Red, I believe Lakin most definitely now has standing. But I also believe that having standing now means nothing. I say this because I also have zip, zero, NADA faith in SCOTUS.

There are now 2 infiltrator justices sitting on that court who have a PERSONAL interest in denying this case or any others. I don’t think standing will mean a thing.

Hi, if you have the time, energy & inclination, can you explain further HOW this judge conferred legal STANDING to Terry Larkin? If what you state is accurate, this is not this reason to CELEBRATE??? TIA

Yeah, the “judge” was likely hand picked or pecked.

“We are now living without law”

Agreed. If this is true, that she has in fact stated she will not embarrass congress as a reason to deny a man discovery, we have now hit a point of Constitutional crisis requiring the supreme courts input.

We are now in new territory, or as you say, old territory, where Kings and Queens “feelings” are law.

If true, this is now ripe for the supreme court.

Well, here’s how you will know the man when you see him. When God annoints a leader, he searches in the far reaches of the Kingdom, and he finds a humble shepherd. A faithful man who has quietly been watching out for the flocks. It’s always so.

Thanks for explaining.

"This is heading straight to the Supreme Court. We now have a man with injury, and his Judge is denying him access to evidence that could clear him because it would be a political embarrassment. Clearly, this is now an injustice that needs prompt remedy. "

Is he injured now or do we have to wait to see if he is court martialed?

What's the stop the government from just keeping him reassigned so it doesn't go any further and he can not claim injury?

Sorry for the questions. I'm just too ignorant on this matter.

"I think it means we are screwed. We now have a military judge who would rather send a man to Leavenworth than take on a treasonous Congress."

If Lakin's argument is correct, then every member of the military can walk away from their base tomorrow.

--------------------------------------------------

What a ridiculous argument. Isn't an officer's oath to the Constitution? If Barry is a usurper, the Constitution remains intact. Why would they walk away from the Constitution? Furthermore, the englisted oath is to obey the orders of the "President." Again, if he is found to be a usurper...he isn't the President. So, they would continue to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic."

Besides, IIRC, LTC Lakin is asking the court to determine if Barry is legit or not. He is NOT asking the court to impeach Barry.

OMG!! Can you imagine how congress would accept this!?!?! The poor darlings would be in such a tizzy!

I think that assessment is quite accurate, Biblically.

Personally, I think Sara Palin fills that bill more than others I see around.

>>>> "...it is a trigger phrase..." <<<<

THAT is precisely what I am hoping, but also I find the wording that it would cause embarrassment to Congress to assert that .... in the judge's opinion there is SOMETHING that WILL emabarress Congress, not "could" or "possibly" --- i.e., that there is MERIT to the allegations.......
