The White House is frequented and occupied by ghouls, at least one witch, and many other scary characters out of a nightmare. (IMO) It being close to October 31st, I thought it would be fitting to put names to these artistic masterpieces sculpted by an man by the name of Ray Villafane (according to the chain email I received)
