Just spoke with old friend, very senior retired USN skipper. Says his contacts, many of whom were his "boys," are concerned with how stupid the MSM and Americans are and at how the Internet has fueled rampant ignorance.
As I was calling him, he was calling me to call my military and IC friends to have a laugh and share some scotch to ease our aching heads.

I haven’t tracked his accuracy record.
I suspect he posts the more credible-to-him
whistle-blowing puzzle pieces that get thrown in over his electronic transome, so to speak.
In a chaotic reality, where truth has been almost shamed out of existence in the media . . .
rumor becomes an interesting alternative.
Some are probably quite accurate—100% accurate.
Some 100% wrong. Lots in between.
Quayle seems to screen them about as well as I probably could—which isn’t saying a lot but anyway.
He also probably has enough of a reputation that dedicated whistleblowers seeking to get valid info out—probably seek him out.
But then, so would disinformation/psy ops folks.
That’s who I responded about.
I haven’t vetted him in any useful sense of the word. That’s just my sense from reading his stuff and seeing who else refers to him.
That is spooky beyond much of what I’ve read lately. Think I’ll go empty my safe deposit box.
I guess I’m an inveterate puzzle-piece collector.
I put most things on the shelf and wait to see what falls off.
When I already know a lot in a direction and/or there’s a lot of other puzzle pieces which seem to indicate similar things—I pay more notice.
When that sort of thing occurs and I have a stronger sense in my gut about something, I pay more attention.
I’m wrong plenty. I’m also blind-sided less than a lot of folks I know.

E-coli qualifies by that definition. It exists in the feces of most animals as well as outhouses and sewage treatment plants. It rarely bothers anybody who practices minimal hygiene and is easily treatable for those unlucky enough to get it in another way.

I may be an ass, but conspiracy theorists are NUTS. I have a particular loathing for nuts that take a contrail and turn it into a missile. I guess they needed something else now that muttering about “chemtrails” is out of favor.
