As much as I enjoyed watching the video, there is not enough gold in Ft Knox to convince me to do go off a waterfall.

Oh come on.
Did they say that about the first guy who jumped out of a perfectly fine airplane with nothing but a nylon bed sheet?
Or how about the first guy to lick the back of a toad to find out you could get high?

I saw this a day or so ago on wimp.com, my source of viral videos. I actually got the impression this was well thought out and not an act of a drunkard.

Palouse Falls is about 30 miles from us. The stunt occurred maybe a couple of years ago.

WOW! That’s a tiny kayak. Must be difficult to fit a set like he must have in such a small craft!

I did a ten footer in a rubber raft once.
It hurt.

Most interesting!
Dave, as you may recall I have a long history of dumb feats on rock, ice, motorcycles...two and one half years in country with the scars to prove it.
Yet most of what I did was after a lot of practice and working up a route, sometimes after several visits.
The question is what skill set made this possible?
Is this any different then a healthy young buck trying to impress a female?
Not to detract from his fun but was he there just for the ride or does he do something to make this a viable run?
