Neil has spent the past 2 segments discussing the gov of HI's failure to produce the long form BC. He actually said there may be something to it??? He still doesn't get that there is more to being a natural born citizen than simply being born in America, but it's a start.

All one needs to do is read the actual law in Britain in effect at the time to figure this out.
No, there is only one definition of "citizen". There are just different ways to become one. By specifying a "natural born citizen" the founders were simply requiring that the President had to gain his citizenship by birth. Not acquire it later by naturalization. He couldn't be an immigrant.

I agree...the first time I ever heard Hannity's "Good Buddy Boortz" explain the "pre-bate" program, it was obvious that the bureacracy needed to administer the monthly checks would dwarf the IRS, to say nothing of how susceptible to fraud the whole thing would be.
