The FBI confirmed Wednesay that members of the controversial Westboro Baptist Church were part of a training program for agents and police officials at two separate bureau facilities, a move that has now been abandoned.

wait a sec... the WBC was asked to teach the FBI about domestic terrorism??
say what??
The FBI wanted to learn about terrorists with the help of the worst kind of pretend-religion-for-money financial opportunists?
When things don’t make any kind of sense, check your premises I suppose?

Rush mentioned it on his program. I couldn’t find much in the news about it except for that site I posted.
Might be something up over there.
And, no, I don't think the Westboro 'Baptists' are Christian, this is all just kabuki theater. The Westboro crowd pretends it is Christian, while the FBI pretend that that is the only terrorist threat they need to worry about.
I've always believed in the goodness of the FBI - but this is too much... Maybe they've become the SS arm of the Liberal Elite totalitarians. They've crossed over to something most Americans would be ashamed of...
I missed that this morning. I live on the west coast and it comes on real early.
This is weird all around. Since the Westboros have in the past supported democrats and this administration has saturated every corner of government with o-bots, it makes me wonder what is going on.....
Strange? Not if the FBI were really after the pitchfork, gun totin’, Bible lovin’ types.
The founder is a left-wing, Gore-buddy, lawyer. The whole schtick about God hating America is just a ruse used to get people to react in a way so they can file legal complaints, it’s a lot easier than working for a living you know.
When I see the children holding up their signs, I’m convinced it’s not even a church, it’s a ruse to get people to hate Christians.
I agree.
*facepalm*
Maybe the Westbores work FOR the FBI... The FBI seems concerned about whatever the paranoid Southern Poverty Law Center puts out. Everyone knows the SPLC has become a racist organization. Take the things they say about white Christians and replace the words with "blacks' or "Jews" and you'll see how hateful they really are.
Has the FBI tired of NOT finding white middle class 'terrorists' - with the exception of a possible schizophrenic here and there - and decided they needed to create some?
Fake hateful 'conservatives' have been unmasked at Tea Party events too. Could that be the FBI? Is ACORN a FBI front?
Is the FBI becoming the enforcement arm of the Democrat Party? That would be a criminal act.
Someone needs to look into this...
The FBI needs to protect us from radical Muslims, gang bangers, flash criminal mobs, white collar criminals, mobsters etc. They can safely leave the Churches alone for a while... OR show us the proof that white middle class Christians are a problem.
They don't have to worry about 'getting the word out'. EVERY liberal newspaper in the country will cover any dirt about conservatives... same with every known TV Network news show.
IF they can provide facts. Not 'feelings' or 'we all know' or rumors from the SPLC. Real stuff... stuff that can be used in a court of law. Or stuff their reporters can independently verify.
Has the FBI become a witch hunting organization? Muscle for one political party... If the FBI has something on Christians they need to run over to the New York Times and hand them the information.
The Times and Washington Post hate middle class white Christians more than they do - and they'd be thrilled to publish ANY FACTS the FBI has... FACTS. Proof. The MSM still has enough principles that they won't run with rumor...
Westboro Baptist Church does not accept money from others. They pay their own way.
