She should have taken those kids to a military Hospital so they could see those who decided that even though they also loved their children, they understood that their duty was to our nation and the millions of people who depend on them....
Sacrificing for the country is taking care of your kids......a leader goes places where others are not sure where to go.....and I hear in Sarah's voice in the Bob and Mark show how MUCH she wanted to run....
If Sarah had entered she would have gotten $50 million dollars the first day, or more.....
Sarah should re-examine her decision and change her mind for our America...her kids will understand later.....

I think she should have gone in, probably felt she was too polarizing with the 3 years of relentless attacks. Still I think she made a wrong decision and I think her marketability will go down with her choice as well.
Palin’s desperate and delusional fans make me very glad she didn’t run.
She should do what she thinks is best for herself and her family first and not live for what others think.
We should never, ever, ever put our faith in any single person from the government to be the end all solution to our issues, even if they support what they want.
I wouldn’t be surprised if one of Palin’s reasons for her decision not to run is the fact so many were putting too much faith in her potentially being ‘from the government and here to help’.
Boy am I glad the founders didn’t make their decisions to support this infant country and the revolution that preceeded it based on the emotions or desires of their children, or even whether or not the children would be put through hell.
The knew what the probably outcome would be, death for themselves, possibly their offspring and wives, and destruction of their fortunes, and yet they still pressed ahead.
Really? So she should ignore the desires of her family so you will feel better. Just weird.

Agreed. One of the bad features about Palin was the savagery of the Palinistas. They could never realize that they actually turned people away from their goddess.

She didn’t run because she knew she could not raise enough money, because she waited too long, and she had a really nice job with FNC that she was reluctant to give up.
On C4P they actually are starting a “draft Sarah” campaign. It’s sad. It’s pathetic.
You are right, if our country is gone and she had a chance to rescue it but she didn’t? How does she explain that to her children?
They were at most 10% of her fans. The rest of us were quite rational in our support for her.

I don’t think anyone should demand anything like this from anyone if they aren’t willing to take that step themselves.
What right does anyone have to demand that another live their lives for your desires?
This isn’t about any one person ‘from the government and here to help’.
