Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 30 days in county jail after admitting that she violated her probation by not keeping up with court-mandated community service.
Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the actress for violating the terms of her release by being terminated from a community service assignment at a women's shelter.
Lohan will not, however, have to start her sentence until Nov. 7, so she can finish up a nude Playboy shoot for which she signed a six-figure contract.

Serioulsy. I think the idiot judges who keep giving this drugged out ho 30 or 40 “second chances” are actually out to kill her.
The kind compassionate thing to do would be to throw Miss Lohan in jail for 3 years and let her come out a sober and (hopefully) reformed citizen.
But no... The courts are going to let Lohan kill herself with dope and “second chances”.
Because of jail “overcrowding” in L.A., her 30 days in jail will be 7 days.
And they’re allowing this skank to finish a “Playboy” shoot FIRST? That’ll show her. Why don’t they just sentence her to double-secret probabtion? If she still doesn’t straighten up, give her a strong admonishment. s/
She should lift some weights while she is in the joint. She has no muscle tone at all. Five years from now she will be an flabby sagging wreck. I see 40 something women at the gym who have better bodies than Lindsay Lohan.

It was funny to hear the judge on the radio. She actually gets 300 days, but reduced to 30. She will not get out before 30 days. She starts next week.
The judge was telling her about all the community service places that refuse to have Lohan serve with them! Like a place for homeless women refused her because she sets a POOR EXAMPLE for the homeless women trying to get their lives in order!!! Back to the morgue for her. I personally know of a few other celebs that are also serving at the morgue. Maybe they prefer it because at least the residents there don’t have cell phones.
No wonder Playboy is going broke. I think only Kristy Hefner is interested in seeing a meth/crack addicted lesbian in the nude.
I will offer to provide her the SPANKING she has long needed ;-)
