Here's a clip from Vice President Joe Biden's interview with WTOV-TV in West Virginia yesterday, the latest stop he's made this week, where he was asked about what he made of out-of-state incarcerated felon Keith Judd getting roughly 40 percent of the vote against President Obama in the recent Democratic primary:
“Look, I come from a household where whenever there’s a recession, somebody around my grand-pop or my dad’s table lost a job.
"

"A brother, a sister a friend, a neighbor. When you’re out of work, man, it’s a depression. And a lot of people are still hurting because of this god-awful recession we inherited that cost 8.4 million jobs before we could really get going. And so I don’t blame people, they’re frustrated, they’re angry.”
Biden went on to say that he believes people will decide their route back to jobs is through the current administration, not Mitt Romney (the full interview is here). But the language about about not "blaming people" for voting for the felon is not necessarily the message Democrats want to go for.

He has not, nor will ever fully ‘get’ it, until he and his boss and all the other power-usurping co-conspirators are standing up before an honest judge receiving their guilty verdict before being sentenced to prison.
Still on this "inherited" blame game? As I recall, Reagan just rolled his sleeves up and got busy dealing with the mess Carter created. No whining on TV, just a "git-er-done" work ethic. And lo and behold, he succeeded beyond our wildest dreams.
Obama has consistently, repeatedly, and publicly stated that he wants to bankrupt the coal industry. West Virginia has little else other than coal. I’m surprised that Obama got 60% of the Dem vote there.
Joe Hardscrabble still going with his blue-collar shtick and the Democrats’ worn-out blame-Bush snake-oil they’re trying to sell (”this god-awful recession we inherited”).

Yes, according to Biteme reasoning, people are angry and frustrated with the recession caused by George Bush so their heavy vote for an incarcerated felon running against the Bamster was actually a protest vote against Bush.
