How can the man ultimately in charge of foreign affairs not attend intel briefings?

How can the man who takes credit for their not being a terrorist attack on American soil for the last three and a half years not attend intel briefings?

Yesterday, before the attacks, it suddenly came out that Obama was skipping half the Intel meetings.

A) Rage Monkey asks, who does that, skipping Intel meetings???!?

B) Rage Monkey further observes: WHO TALKS ABOUT MISSING INTEL MEETINGS???!? Opsec SHOT OUT... enemies know you aren’t looking!

C) Rage Monkey conjectures: Who would know about that to reveal it? ONLY Obama’s most inner of inner-circles.

Rage Monkey concludes: This was MEANT to come out, so Obama could shrug and say, “Damn! Must have been in the meeting I missed
