Broadwell sounds like a nut job. Disappointed doesn't even begin to decribe my feelings about Petraeus. That being said, I think there's a whole lot more to the this story that is not being disclosed.

Excellent timing right after a stolen election and all the New Dump Friday orders.

I think the FBI thought Broadwell-Kranz might be an Israeli spy, something that would have provided a foreign power with a LOT at stake with a looming Iran a LOT of influence over Petraeus’ actions.

I think the FBI can’t say that so instead they cook up this, “jealous woman” BS in order to explain away why they originallytook an interest in the Broadwell/Petraeus emails.

here are alliances and political pressures, and they just can’t say the real reason.

“happened to run across” = “spontaneous demonstration led to a tragedy”

After awhile it gets sort of INSULTING, don’t you think...

Same playbook as the Bubba monica mess: b4 the blue dress they were trying to get gay Georgie StepOnAllOfUs to say Monica had been stalking him in the Georgetown Starbucks.

Wanna smear a young woman? Say she’s an oversexed stalker —it works and they’re doing it to this one.

It SOUNDS so utterly plausible, but with THIS admin, it’s always somehow WAAAAY deeper, darker, and more treacherous...

Hillary’s state department? Interesting.

I wonder why Petraeus told Congress that preposterous tale about a YouTube video causing some terrorists to try to kill or kidnap the US ambassador to Libya. The White House and State Department had already been promoting the video story before he spoke to Congress. So I guess this is why Hillary took responsibility.

Love this quote:

“..,She had planned to celebrate her 40th birthday in Washington this weekend, with many reporters invited. Her husband Scott emailed guests to cancel the party...”

Her birthday was November 9. She was supposed to have a party in DC and the guest list supposedly included many reporters.

Why her husband took care if the cancellations is beyond me. I would have said “Cancel your own damned party, *itch”. Of course she could have cancelled using his email account.

What the general did is completely wrong. However, I don’t think it should get all the media attention it is receiving. All this does is publically humiliate the general’s wife and the biographer’s husband.

The ONLY issue I think worth discussing, is if Petraeus is now silenced from giving testimony on what went wrong in Libya. THAT is what is important. His stupid actions shouldn’t give the Obama administration an excuse to keep him silent.

No crime had occurred and there was no security breach? He was married for 37 years to the same woman. My guess is his wife would have forgiven him. Obama could have stopped any military proceedings. So how could Petraeus be convinced to quit and go public? Obama was holding the possibility of military proceedings over Petraeus’ head. Or there’s more.

Well, I guess there’s a lesson in here for all of us.

Never send a female government employee an e-mail with the following phrase:

“Stay away from my man.”

That is like waving a red flag in front of an angry bull to the FBI. They will come and investigate you. Baloney, lies and more baloney.

'Another person who knows Kelley and Petraeus confirmed their friendship and said she saw him often.'

I suspect more info will come out that Petraeus was multitasking with many women.

I would bet that there has been more written about this in the DBM in two days than there’s been about Benghazi in two months.
