What does the acronym PETA stand for?
I like to make fun of things by coming up with alternative definitions of popular acronyms. For example, DNC - Despicable Nasty Criminals.
Here are some of my PETA definitions:

I wish I could come up with something as well. However, even though I love writing spoof songs, I am currently drawing a blank. :)

I do have a real question though. PETA has the potential to actually do something meaningful by running programs to get more shelter pets adopted, or cheap safe spay and neuter programs. They could rescue horses who's owners can no longer afford them in these hard economic times. But from what I can tell they just spend money on lame billboards in front of fishing tournaments saying, "Fish have feelings." Really? That's what you want to spend money on? Telling me fish have feeeeeeelings?
The funniest thing is, it seems to be businesses like Petsmart that do the most good for pet adoption and spay/neuter awareness. Hows that for busting the "greedy capitalist scum" stereotype?! PETA sucks.
