There's supposed to be some epic Bonding at the Oscars -- the buzz is ... all 6 actors who have played James Bond may appear on stage. But now we're hearing one of them may be a no-show, and shockingly ... it could be Pierce Brosnan.
Brosnan confessed yesterday in Malibu, "Well, they'll be missing one."
It's unclear, but his tone and body language seems to suggest he is the one that wants no part of it.
Who woulda thunk -- Sean Connery was our bet for the holdout.
His urn will be making an appearance.
Gold Finger, Dr. No, Never say Never, Diamonds are for ever, and then Thunderball in that order. The remake of Casino Royale is pretty good also.
You ain’t lived until you’ve seen Sean sing “Underneath the Mango Tree.”
I would guess all those stories were offered on Ferguson’s show and his show only. He has an effortless way of getting his guests very loose, almost giddy before long, and everyone I’ve seen on his show is revealed in their spontaneous best selves.Would’ve been great to see the late Richard Harris on Ferguson.
Dame Shirley Bassey will also make an appearance on Oscar Night — singing “Goldfinger”.
Adele will sing “Skyfall”.

My parents piled me and my brothers into the car for a $1.00 per carload drive-in showing of Dr. No when it was released. Not long after, Goldfinger came out and I was soon glueing together my Aston-Martin model (complete with all the Bond accessories) and turning my dad’s hat into a weapon.
I got a big LOL from your hat joke!
Shirley Bassey’s rendition of “Goldfinger”, is the best of all the Bond songs.

During my engineering college years if there was one term I never could understand clearly, it was entropy. Enthalpy was understood, but entropy never was. May be that is what was floating through my brain cells when I adopted that ID.
And by the way the 12 stands for the lowest golf handicap I had achieved.
I concur about Daniel Craig...except he would have been awesome if he was taller, about the size of Connery.
