Hey everyone - great news! We are all women now!
Today, Obama signed into law the Violence against Women Act of 2013. Our leaders opened up the scope of the law thus:
(13) CIVIL RIGHTS.
(A) NONDISCRIMINATION.No person in the United States shall, on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity (as defined in paragraph 249(c)(4) of title 18, United States Code), sexual orientation, or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds made available under the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (title IV of Public Law 103322; 108 Stat. 1902), the Violence Against Women Act of 2000 (division B of Public Law 106386; 114 Stat. 1491), the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005 (title IX of Public Law 109162; 119 Stat. 3080), the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, and any other program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds appropriated for grants, cooperative agreements, and other assistance administered by the Office on Violence Against Women.
Now everyone is included in the Violence Against Women Act!
The possibilities are endless!!
Doesn't have to be actual discrimination.
All the "victim" has to do is "feel" they have been discriminated against.
And all this time I thought they already had laws that dealt with violence against women.
Guess I was wrong.
I read this as meaning, if you perceive yourself to be of a certain race or gender, no one can discriminate against you. So, I take it if I perceive that I’m black, I’m entitled to Affirmative Action.
Cantor is a scumbag for pushing this through. We should have primaried the sh*t out of him last election. What a snake.
In this insane "up is down", "black is white", "truth is a lie" world, you are right.
Just ask Coy Mathis, who agrees too! (or is it his abusive parents whom we should ask?)
I guess I am now a lesbian in a male body. Where’s my government grant?
I’m perceiving something from this post...
Somehow they didn’t get it right in the last 3 “Violence Against Women” acts?
If libtards were concerned about violence, more violence gets committed against men each year than women. Let’s have a Violence Against Men act.
They really don’t care about violence, they care about appeasing certain voter and donor demographics.
In fact, given the activities in prisons, it is even possible more males than females are raped each year.
To be perfectly fair, the great majority of the violence, and almost all of the rapes, are committed by men.
Since the laws against violent actions have a disproportionate impact on males, by locking up more men than women, should I file a discrimination suit?
I think you could now that the VAWA 2013 bill includes ALL PERSONS.
“.. I’m legally a woman now.. the possibilities are endless!”
Sure.. you sound happy now but just wait till you get cramps. We’ll see how endless your possibilities are then. LOL!
Better to perceive yourself a native American Indian. Then you can get a pass on hunting seasons, fishing licenses, etc. ...AND affirmative action!
LOL!
And I can also become a senator from Massachusetts!
