California man exits vehicle and defecates inside Holland Tunnel causing traffic delay

Westbound lanes at the Holland Tunnel were briefly closed to traffic last night after a California man exited a vehicle and defecated inside a tunnel booth, officials said. Kevin Nam, 21, was charged with trespassing after Port Authority police saw him exit a car that was driving in the north tunnel and walk inside a tunnel booth where Nam was caught defecating, Port Authority spokesperson Steven Coleman said.

See, the title was deceiving. He used a booth. There are no public facilities. Those silly Californians. Ever see homeless in NYC? Or the Wall Street protesters & a police car the other year ?

I don’t understand this, usually when you tell a cop you were speeding because you needed to find a place to stop and defecate, they don’t believe you. Here this guy did, and he makes national headlines.
