Uh oh, I have been bringing home Thebacon for some time. Now I find that its Thebaine of my existence.

I can't eat a whole pound. I cut a pound into 8 parts and put it in a freezer container. Shake it as it freezes so it's not stuck together.

Take a hunk out...start it in the micro...than throw it in the pan...and really enjoy the eggs cooked in pure bacon grease.
