A pilot of a Saudi cargo aircraft en route for Hong Kong canceled the flight after he was attacked by a cat hiding under his seat, a Saudi newspaper reported on Monday.
The captain of flight 982 from the Saudi capital Riyadh has just turned the planes engine on when the scared cat emerged out and jumped on him. The captain decided to cancel the flight until further notice after suffering from light injuries, the London-based Arabic language daily Al Hayat said.
It said the cat had sneaked into the plane and hit under the pilots seat, adding that it apparently was scared when the engine was turned on.
Staff members and security men later searched the plane but could not find the cat, which ran away after attacking the pilot.
Still, better than an “Alien” sneaking aboard your escape shuttle and finding out AFTER you’ve taken off.
Those pesky muzzi’s ... such excellent pre-flight security, eh ?
What are you talking about? Cats ARE aliens!
Toonces attempts an airline hijacking .....
How convenient that the cat ran away.
Would have been embarrassing if it turned out to be an 8 inch itty bitty of fluff.
NO shit.
That movie was one of the scariest I had eve seen. Wow. What a thriller. All those "Alien" movies were great. First one is always the best.
Those Saudi cats have to be tough. Saudis don’t own pets, not their thing. So the feral dogs and cats REALLY have to survive on their own.

“Those pesky muzzis ... such excellent pre-flight security, eh ?”
Why would those who highjack and bomb planes need any security on their planes?
Mohammed had a cat. (True fact)
One of the few sequence movies where I think #2 was better than #1.
Hmmm .. I’m told dogs are unclean to the muzzi ... where do cats come down on the I hate .. list. ?
“after suffering from light injuries, “
“So you had to cancel your flight? Why? Attacked by a cat? Lion or tiger? Neither? A what???! A housecat?? Hah hah!!!!”

Don't know if I believe that "true fact."
Mohammed was illiterate, as were MOST of the Arab cultures, Saudi one FOR SURE. The King finally got around to literacy in the 1970's.
That being said, I don't know WHO would have written that down, that Mohammad had a pet of whatever kind.
Dogs are considered dirty by the Arab culture. The Arabs of that peninsula (Saudi) were SO poor, they didn't have pets only because they didn't have the food or money to feed pets.
Sounds like an urban myth. Saudis aren't big on pets of any kind. Well they weren't THIS century; maybe the 7th century was different in that respect.
