The fossil is the smallest intact skeleton ever found from a group of horned, plant-eating dinosaurs known as ceratopsids, a group that includes the iconic Triceratops.

"The toddler was just 3 years old and 5 feet (1.5 meters) long when it wandered into a river near Alberta, Canada, and drowned about 70 million years ago."

Wouldn't that make baby Dino 70 million and 3 yrs old.

That’s like Papagena in “The Magic Flute,” who says her age is “18 years and two minutes.”

Dino Embryos in eggs have been found:

They don't get much younger than that.

I found an odd rock one day and brought it home. It was egg shaped. Years passed and my boy was reading his little dinosaur book when he told me the dinosaur eggs in it look exactly like my rock. Sure enough. I knew I was rich then. I looked it up on ebay and found I could make as much as $15 for a good dino egg like mine.

No embryo in mine but you can see where other eggs dented this one a little. I assume they were soft shelled like turtle and alligator eggs.
