but also add a sunset clause so that all laws and government regulations would have a 4 year expiration date.
also add that the only thing the federal gov allowed to do is military, border control courts and international issues.
the only thing state and local govs and fed gov should be enforcing is laws that prevent the initiation of force.
that means no stealing, no murder, no assault , no trespassing.
you have property rights, right to be left alone by gov and others, right to privacy, and freedom. only when you violate one of those laws you initiate force against an individual or entity only then will gov have the right to arrest you but then you'll have due process of courts.
that means no government at any level should ever be doing schools, roads, libraries ,museums , healthcare , charities, . no the only function of government is to keep the peace by preventing the initiation of force and to act as a referee in settling any disputes in a court of law(lawsuits ).
now you have government funding 30 years of global warming fake research. and they use that fake research to ban lightbulbs and other tyranical things, obamacare, the gov schools. gov should leave us and the free market alone
It would look like our current U.S. Constitution.
Which was written for a God fearing people, and no other.
That is our current problem.
Too many either don’t believe or have shaped God in THEIR image.
That was my amendment #10.
No elected official shall ever seek to change or weaken any original amendment to the constitution as agreed upon by those individuals charged with constructing the constitution.
it would say “See Constitution”
We already have the blueprint, we’re just not following it.
No weapon law shall be passed.
Indeed - state it specifically.
The restrictions placed on government in this Constitution are not interpretable to mean other than what they say.
The only process by which to change the foundational restrictions in this Constitution are through the defined amendment processes.
Absolutely Essential: Terms limits, including judges.
Essential: ALL laws sunset (no more than 25 years). They may be passed again, but otherwise they expire.
#10. No elected official shall ever seek to change or weaken any original amendment to the constitution as agreed upon by those individuals charged with constructing the constitution.
I’ve always been fond of Heinlein’s idea of having two legislative bodies: one to pass laws on a two thirds majority, one to repeal them on a one third minority vote.
No state shall impose a tax exceeding 10% of a person’s income.
The whole world would come in to take a piece of the country. We would have a billion illegal aliens come here. The UN would pass laws taking over the country.
I like it.
Lol. Wow are those some blasts from the past.
Too many libs would move from their locust filled area to bring the “freebie” mentality to it...
Proposed modification to #9
Citizenship and the right to vote in federal elections, shall be obtained after the successful completion of four years of military, law enforcement, firefighting, paramedic or federal government service.
#5. The shall forever remain sovereign and free of influence from all political jurisdiction outside the boundaries of the nation.
#9. Every able bodied male citizen shall serve a minimum of 4 years of military service.
“Failure to maintain a balanced budget equals jail time for all congress critters.”
Spending limit is based upon revenue from the previous year - needs limited provision for wars.
It doesn’t really matter what’s on a blessed piece of paper, if the jerks who swore to uphold it (e.g, BO and “Justice” Roberts) WON’T!
