Unarmed citizens in Ukraine taking sniper fire from their own government. Sadly, they aren't allowed to own guns like we are. And people here wonder why we value our Second Amendment? (Taken from Guns Across America on facebook)

It’s ALMOST like those bad gummint guys would have the nerve to burn down a whole church packed with a full congregation and their innocent kids...!

It would take some guts to be out there hiding behind a thin piece of aluminum or wood.
The Ukrainian Situation shows the value of all those local police departments which are acquiring large military type vehicles.
These vehicles are being dispersed around the country, and will be easily available to those of us who value the freedoms American represents.
It will only require the bravery of a few to secure them.
Kinda reinforces everything we have been saying for decades. Remember tyrants, tyrants can die in their doorways as easily as anyone else.
It was on BBC where an old grayhaired UKR man said “See those snipers- If we only had guns we could take out those animals!”
DHS is just using them as staging locations.
That’s why the Obamunists want so badly to disarm us.
The people can own guns in Ukraine. Pretty much follows our present laws.
Apparently, there are over 1 million guns in civilian hands (legal), but being eastern europe, there are probably a lot more illegal and unregistered firearms floating about as well. Most adult males also have basic military training due to conscription. (I’m guessing that might also explain why so many of them seem to be wearing camo-gear and army helmets).

It has occurred to me that all that ammo being bought by the government has to be stored somewhere and transported, too. Some of it will get to the citizenry. I guess everybody should standardize their armament to 7.62, .308, and Glock .40
MRAPs become easy bake ovens when hit by a dozen or so firebombs.
Those cops in the APC in the Ukraine can attest to that.
