The Dalai Lama has voiced his support for gay marriage and condemned homophobia, saying that sex is fine as long as it is consensual.
Speaking during an interview with American talk show host Larry King, the Buddhist monk said that gay marriage was okay and a personal matter.
He said: "If two people, a couple, really feel that way, its more practical, more satisfaction, and both sides fully agree, then okay!

Hard to give a one sentence answer as there is Southern and Norhern Buddhism, Tharavada, and Mayahana. But basially, desire is the root of all suffering, and anal and oral sex would be desires that are not in keeping with the Laws of nature, that sex is procreative.
They would be against the Buddha Nature-Bodhisattva.
It puts a little different light on things doesn’t it? :)

Yes, indeed. He hasn’t changed his mind on the Dharma as far as I can see.
He’s been far too much a part of the world, instead of leading an austere, contemplative life as a man of religion. He should be less a celebrity and more a monk.
