It doesn’t really help in this case, as it is either covered by meringue, or it is a flat topped custard pie. But it makes up for taste for what it may lack in decor.

You can’t have your cake and eat it too.

But you can have your pi and eat your pie....have it and eat it too.

The superiority of Pie!

Cantaloupe is one of my favorite fruits. That pie sounds amazing. I’d never heard of it before.

Thanks for the recipe.

If it weren’t for pi, pies would be square.

That's where most pies go to on me.

No offense to pi, but I think tau ( 2 x pi ) is a better ratio. See here:(hips4h0y.tumblr.com/). So I will celebrate on June 28th. Unfortunately eating pie on that day doesn’t fit.

I don’t celebrate Pi Day.

It’s irrational.

PI IS NOT 3.14. It is the ratio of the circumference of the circle to its diameter. The reason a symbol is used is that it's an irrational number, so any number used involves rounding off. Besides which, the symbol can be "undone" exactly in a problem in which it divides out.

grrrr..... <^..^>
