Far be it from me to defend Putins annexation of Crimea, which had been part of another country, the Ukraine. And most of reasons Putin and his gang trot out in defence of the heist is hogwash. But the Americans brought this on themselves and not just Obama, the most incompetent president in the history of that country, and as far as foreign policy goes, the most untrustworthy Israel should pay attention, not so much to Russia, but to the Americans, because they are stuck in our craw as well. When the Soviet Union fell, the Ukraine was a nuclear power. Obviously a small country in the middle of nowhere like the Ukraine did not need atomic weapons. But they had them. No one at that point could force them to give them up. They did voluntarily under pressure from the Americans.

Good article...and accurate!
Kosovo under Clinton. Crimea under Obama.
~I see no difference between what Obama through his mouthpiece is trying to do to Israel and what Putin did to the Ukraine. The difference is that Putin plunges the knife into the stomach and you can defend against that while Obama plunges the knife into the back while pretending he is your friend.~
That’s gross.

How’s that workin out for ya?
I don’t know what your point is. I’m not an American and the Jews there account for only a few points, not enough to elect anyone. But talk to them. In Israel Bush polled over 75 per cent in popularity the whole time in office. McCain was up to 85 per cent. I don’t recall Romney but I think in around 80 per cent.
It is Ukraine not The Ukraine. I made that mistake with some Ukrainian friends, and was corrected...in no uncertain terms.
