So... does this have anything to do with the problems Florida is having with things like BLACK BIKE WEEK (Black Beach) ?
Or... is use of these devices only aimed at whitey ?
I ask because I know nothing about the trend of visitors to Holmes Beach.

All these years we would mix up margaritas and take them to the beach in Gatorade bottles. People would think we were drinking Gatorade, but no we weren't!

Here in Florida they sometimes have “courtesy” auto safety checks where the cops put up a roadblock and put a “flashlight in your face.
What you do not know is built in to the flashlight is a alcohol detector.
Bam you B under arrest.
