I was peeing off of my porch, at my home in Central NH. It was overcast and I was cleaning up after a project.

I drifted off in to reverie wondering what would have if my dear Ex had done, as I did, and waved at the local cop, while doing the deed, as I did.

I spent 20 years behind a desk working for the National Guard sitting and “babysitting” my email plus doing reports. My weight jumped from 170 to a high of 205. After I retired, I started walking our dog daily and am back at 172.

The new job I started yesterday has me on my feet for the better part of eight hours. My feet hurt a bit yesterday when I got home, but I felt better than any day sitting at my old job.

Had my first injection of B-12 yesterday morning after a blood test at a local VA Clinic indicated I should have a B-12 injection once a month. I have not noticed any dramatic effects from the B-12. Should there be?

If God meant for man to stand up for long, he wouldn’t have given him such a nice butt for sitting long hours...or at least he would have cushioned the bottom of our feet like our derrieres.;-)

So Secretaries and other office personnel who work overtime have only three years to live? Sounds wrong to me...I know lots who sat 10-12 hours a day in the military, and they are still here...retired.

Don’t believe everything you hear.

Yes you will notice dramatic effect in wallet reduction.
Why not eat beff or chicken livers sauteed with olive oil and onions? Lot more tasty and supplies 11 times daily requirements.

I’m on my feet a major portion of the day....Good shoes are a must...

Buy American..Red Wing Shoes...with support inserts

Compared to them, most if not other shoes are crap...

End of the day your feet will not be killing you...

b 12 is the most difficult vitamin to absorb. I eat meat like crazy, but apparently I am not absorbing it very well anymore. I went to dr thinking I either had MS or vitamin b 12 deficiency and asked her to start injections regardless of test results. My tests came in lowish (not terribly low) and after a month my balance, and tingling and other symptoms seem to be resolving.

Did you read my post showing B-12 sources?
Meat is NOT your best source. You should not eat too much of it anyway. I would give liver a try. I love sauteed chicken livers. If you season it nicely, it actually tastes great.
