Veteran FBI Agent's Bombshell: Hillary Could Be Going To Jail for 10 Years
Western Journalism ^ | 10/16/2015 | Kevin Whitson

As the investigation into the “gross negligence” of Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified material continues, one anonymous FBI agent says she could be facing 10 years in jail under the Espionage Act.

The Act, according to the FBI agent, requires one who discovers the negligence to inform superiors. In the case of the alleged mishandling of classified documents and emails, Clinton would have needed to inform her only superior, the president, and he stated last week that he was not informed.

According to the Daily Mail, “Obama said flatly during a ‘60 Minutes‘ interview on Sunday that ‘No,’ he did not know Clinton sidestepped security protocols with her a home-brew email setup while she was his secretary of state.” Under conditions of anonymity, the FBI agent stated, “If investigators conclude that the former secretary [Clinton] was criminally careless in how she approached the security of the sensitive documents in her possession, then this part of the law could be used to prosecute her.”

According to the FBI agent, the investigation being conducted by the bureau centers on whether or not she violated the laws within the Espionage Act, specifically, “18 U.S. Code § 793 – Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information.” The law applies to “any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense’ – even if it’s not considered classified.”

If Clinton knew that she was in violation of the Espionage Act, she was to have notified Obama immediately; and according to Obama, she did not inform the president.

Of course, Obama could use his presidential pardon to keep the former First Lady out of jail, but Obama has historically not used his presidential pardon to relieve politicians of alleged wrongdoing. Obama’s use of the presidential pardon pales in comparison to his use of executive orders. In fact, according to The Nation, “While in the White House, Bill Clinton pardoned well over 100 people. So did President Bush. To date, Obama has pardoned less than two dozen and commuted even fewer sentences.”

In contrast to Obama’s lighter total of presidential pardons, he has used executive orders 221 times. In light of Obama’s supposed hesitancy to use presidential pardon, it seems likely that Obama will not bail her out with his pen this time.

Stop teasing me. I’ll set my timer for that scene right after I see justice done in the case of Lois Lerner, or Susan (Paid Liar!!) Rice, or Charlie Rangel or Al Sharpton for tax evasion, or Lena Dunham for lying about rape in order to sell her books, or Congressman Luis Guitierez for assisting in Obama’s importation of diseased illegal, illiterate immigrants.

I think it is possible that Obama has taken a somewhat supportive position to show he is not out to get Hillary. But when the evidence is all in and career FBI tell him how bad it is, he will allow her to be indicted. He may already have told Biden that he needs to pick a date for launch. The first debate was not the right time.

All this (under FBI investigation) and she is still able to campaign and participate in prime time debates.
Martha Stewart was jailed for less.
Un-—believable.
Hear her cackling?

If we actually had anyone in the Obama regime who cared a wit about justice she would. We don’t. The Obama regime cares only about democrats power. It’s tantamount to every single thing they do. If taking down Hillary doesn’t promote democrat power then she will not be taken down. Period. End of story.

It’s really that simple and we should all know this full well by now.

What’s better, one of the laws she broke says there’s a lifetime ban from ever serving in a federal job or position.

I was watching an Operations Order briefing at the National Training Center. The Brigade Intelligence Officer was briefing. He told the assembled staff that the Opposing Force was going to run right over them. There was nothing they could do to win or even put up a good fight.

I think it was the senior Observer/Controller who exploded.

“Well, why don’t you just give up now? Why don’t you walk out there with a white flag and just give up?”

That’s how I see these posts concerning Clinton.

Maybe we should all go down to the local Democrat headquarters and give them all our money.

Then we could go to the jails and let everyone out.

We can move out of our houses and give them to the illegal aliens while we go hang ourselves.

Jesus Christ, people. Toughen up.

"The Whitewater controversy (also known as the Whitewater scandal, or simply Whitewater) began with investigations into the real estate investments of Bill and Hillary Clinton and their associates, Jim and Susan McDougal, in the Whitewater Development Corporation, a failed business venture in the 1970s and 1980s."

Whitewater Convictions

Jim Guy Tucker: Governor of Arkansas at the time, removed from office (fraud, 3 counts)

John Haley: attorney for Jim Guy Tucker (tax evasion)

William J. Marks, Sr.: Jim Guy Tucker’s business partner (conspiracy)

Stephen Smith: former Governor Clinton aide (conspiracy to misapply funds). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Webster Hubbell: Clinton political supporter; Rose Law Firm partner (embezzlement, fraud)

Jim McDougal: banker, Clinton political supporter: (18 felonies, varied)

Susan McDougal: Clinton political supporter (multiple fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

David Hale: banker, self-proclaimed Clinton political supporter: (conspiracy, fraud)

Neal Ainley: Perry County Bank president (embezzled bank funds for Clinton campaign)

Chris Wade: Whitewater real estate broker (multiple loan fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Larry Kuca: Madison real estate agent (multiple loan fraud)

Robert W. Palmer: Madison appraiser (conspiracy). Bill Clinton pardoned.

John Latham: Madison Bank CEO (bank fraud)

Eugene Fitzhugh: Whitewater defendant (multiple bribery)

Charles Matthews: Whitewater defendant (bribery)

Ultimately the Clintons were never charged, but 15 other persons were convicted of more than 40 crimes, including Bill Clinton’s successor as Governor, who was removed from office.[40]

From Investor’s Business Daily, Jan 2012:

Obama To Betray Missile Defense Secrets To Moscow
Investor's Business Daily ^ | January 9, 2012 | IBD staff

Appeasement: From ObamaCare to recess appointments, honoring the Constitution has not been an administration hallmark. But when it comes to betraying secrets to mollify the Russians, it becomes a document the president hides behind.

It was bad enough that the 2012 defense authorization bill signed by President Obama set America on a downward spiral of military mediocrity.

He also issued a signing statement, something he once opposed, saying that language in the bill aimed at protecting top-secret technical data on the U.S. Standard Missile-3 — linchpin of our missile defense — might impinge on his constitutional foreign-policy authority.

Section 1227 of the defense law prohibits spending any funds that would be used to give Russian officials access to sensitive missile-defense technology as part of a cooperation agreement without first sending Congress a report identifying the specific secrets, how they'd be used and steps to protect the data from compromise.

The president is required to certify that any technology shared will not be passed on to third parties such as China, North Korea or Iran, that the Russians will not use transferred secrets to develop countermeasures and that the Russians are reciprocating in sharing missile-defense technology. ..."

“In his signing statement, Obama said he would treat these legal restrictions as “non-binding” and that “my administration will also interpret and implement section 1244 (sic) in a manner that does not interfere with the president’s constitutional authority to conduct foreign affairs and avoids the undue disclosure of sensitive diplomatic communications.”

Betraying our secrets is easy for a president who betrayed allies Poland and the Czech Republic to placate Moscow.

Poland was to host ground-based interceptors such as those we’ve deployed in California and Alaska, with missile-tracking radar deployed in the Czech Republic.

Obama pulled the plug when Moscow objected. Never mind, he said, we have a better approach: a four-phase plan that calls for using three versions of the Navy’s Standard SM-3 interceptor missile that forms the backbone of its Aegis missile-defense system.

The fourth phase consists of a missile still on the drawing board scheduled for deployment by 2020, a version of the SM-3 called the Block IIB. It would intercept hostile missiles in the “early intercept” phase before an enemy missile could release its warheads and decoys. The Russians want the SM-3’s secrets, and Obama appears to be willing to turn them over.

The president wants to save the New Start Treaty, which the Russians have threatened to abandon if we try to fully implement President Reagan’s dream of defeating a nuclear missile attack.

Russia has unilaterally asserted that any qualitative or quantitative improvement in U.S. missile defenses would be grounds for withdrawal from the treaty.

Bill Clinton: You wanna be a part of our deal?

Nameless co-conspiritor: What if we get caught?

Hillary: We are going to be president someday, don't you know.

Nameless co-conspiritor: What if we get caught?

Clinton: It doesn't matter. Listen to the lady.

Nameless co-conspiritor: Yeah but, what if we get caught?

Hillary: We will never get caught.

Clinton: If you get caught I will give you a pardon. We good?
