The Khymer Rouge had a policy like Nye’s.

How does Obamacare treat an 80 year old w/brain cancer? You hear more and more of these pronouncements in recent years, now that the evil lefties have been emboldened by Hussein Beelzebub 0bama. Not that long ago, something of this nature would never be stated.
I guess the evil left is not content with killing just the unborn, they now want to move on to the older population. Here's a tip: when they come for me I plan to take a hell of a lot of them with me!

Bill Nye quoting Max Planck? How ironic.
Hopefully, Nye will proceed to get the funeral procession of Climate Hucksters started by leaving this mortal coil. Then true scientific discovery and research can advance. One funeral at a time.

If liberals keep worshipping Gorebull Warming, abortions/ infanticide and having abortions, pushing euthanasia and assisted suicide, eating veggie diets, making friends with Jihadis, having dangerous gay/anal sex, using drugs to cope with life, our descendents will not have to worry about them.

Perhaps Mr. Nye, at 61 years of age, would like to be first and set a shining example for the rest of us.
Global warming, climate change, Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW), et al: the greatest scam in the modern age. This supposed scientific phenomena has lots of names. I just call it BS!

The natural disposition is always to believe. It is acquired wisdom and experience only that teach incredulity, and they very seldom teach it enough. The wisest and most cautious of us all frequently gives credit to stories which he himself is afterwards both ashamed and astonished that he could possibly think of believing. - Adam Smith, Theory of Moral Sentiments (1759)
There is a difference between skepticism and cynicism. Skepticism is necessary, cynicism is destructive. The skeptic asks for proof, and examines it and accepts it. The cynic asks, What is truth? and demands to be believed without real evidence. When real evidence is presented, the cynic is the denier.

There is a form of the Gell-Mann amnesia effect that applies to government. People can figure out government is lying to them about one item, but turn around and believe everything the government tells them about something else.
Not sure it is amnesia. Perhaps they just believe what they want to believe and it doesn’t matter what the truth is. If government is corrupt, why wouldn’t I expect most of its people to be corrupt?

Old people need to die out because too many of them remember the apocalyptic predictions from decades ago that never came to fruition. Just a week or so ago, Prince Charles’s 96 months ended and the globe is still spinning.
