He had an affair — galling, given our situation — and that was the end of things. I was 41. I ran away and regrouped. What followed was a decade of sexual seeking and exploration, a campaign of self-education.
My mission was never again to fall into this no-sex relationship trap. What had happened and why? I was determined to find out. I allowed myself to be a guinea pig, and took many bold and courageous leaps. In doing so I tried everything, and today, aged 52, I’m much more sexually confident.

My husband had a good friend in his squad around the time he was getting ready to be deployed long ago. His wife told him that she couldn’t have a baby alone if he was overseas. We both had 1st marriages of over 20 years that ended in divorce-I married MrT5 and we were happy for over 15 years, while Nemesis had 2 more marriages-both lasted less than 2 years-and I have military benefits I can’t afford to lose-a marriage with a license would cut into that even with separate living spaces-so our Texas common law and our respect for one another will have to do-we might later on have a marriage/commitment ceremony performed by one of the rogue priests who believes marriage is done by clergy, not license-lots of old hippies and rednecks like us out here do that...

either, but she has her moments.
That is still totally awesome-partly because we both appreciate that the other has not let themselves get lazy and overweight, or started eating unhealthy food-we both work out and still weigh the same as we did 40 years ago-an added bonus.

You are now living in a cheap motel while she then moves in a new guy into the house,. You cant see your kids anymore, or you are in jail.
