The arrogant, sneering "leaders" of the Democratic congressional contingent, true to form, have been following their tried-and-true tactic of manipulative blame-shifting and endless stonewalling. President Donald J. Trump shows signs of being the first U.S president in a long time to show real backbone in standing up to the liars and extortionists in the Democratic Party. It seems to me that the President could simply make it clear that the following two elements are non-negotiable:
The Democrat-initiated government shutdown will continue indefinitely until the Donks stop playing games and start acting like grownups.
Funding for the border wall will go up by $1 billion for each additional day that the Donks continue to scream and stamp their feet, up to a maximum of $30 billion. Each day after the maximum funding for the wall is reached, $1 billion per day will be subtracted from Democratic favorites such as various housing programs from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Maybe he is building a wall here at FR and causing it to buffer and stall on posts?

Another approach is to set a deadline and then say that he won’t agree to back-pay the non-workers after that date (make the workers, nearly all Leftists, feel some pain, too).
Or possibly Pres. Trump could refuse high security clearance should Pelosi be selected as Speaker. Her treason was shown in her Benghazi terror attack cover-up efforts. That, and the BILLIONS of $$$$ Hillary lost as Sect’y of State (more than the wall).

Trump can always go on TV and make his case to the people—ask them to March in the streets to show support for the wall. Call their congresspeople and demand it—close down the Gov and veto all bills until its funded. Maybe ask the people to donate to the Build the wall gofundme—He himself could put in a few millions or donate all his income to the wall. Or do as the Clintons and everyone who puts in a Million gets to sleep in the Lincoln Bedroom and have dinner with the Trumps.
Seems they found billions of dollars to send to Central America but not a dime for the Wall.
Ryan and McConnell were supposed to be on his side, I hope Trump knows better with Pelosi and Schumer.

Dims use a stonewall to oppose a border wall.
It is never about lack of funding, it is only about “resistance to Trump”. Because the Rats realize they can’t win against Trump in 2020. No one is capable of attracting 10,000 people to 100+ rallies, no one living anyways.
The Dept of State International Narcotics Law Enforce directorate has 30 days funding so everyone is declared mission essential.... It will take more than 6 weeks to hit some paychecks.
More likely the Dems will buy more voters, in the form of legalized DACA Dreamers for whatever wall funding they agree to.
The question is will be how much per head.
