A California fugitive was shot and killed at a West Jordan home on Friday night in an officer-involved critical incident.
According to officials, a man wanted for aggravated kidnapping in California - later identified as 34-year-old Jose Martinez - was being tracked by a state agency working with the FBI.
The suspect was then located and a pursuit began where the suspect was able to flee from the authorities.

One look at his face and you can see why the Democrat party wants him so much that they’re willing to upend the whole criminal justice system to make sure he stays here and votes.
